INTERVIEW A MANAGER

It can be said that the best way to learn about management is from a manager. Interview a manager in Denver or Colorado in any department. (Tell me the name of the store and the manager name) For your final paper:

Interview a manager in Denver or Colorado in of your choice within any industry and discuss with him/her the management functions you have learned about in this class. Your paper should not be just a list of questions and answers, but your analysis of how the questions you asked, and the responses you received, relate to management functions.

Length: minimum of 3 pages double-spaced (introduction/body/close is the expected format).
Guidelines: Spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, etc. errors will negatively impact your grade.

What is the role of control in your position as manager?

What role does power play in your position within the organization?
What is the culture of your company?
