I need help describing what types of problems is present in “control chart”, and also, listing three possible causes for each “out-of-control” chart.

Assignment:
You will complete the following numbered exercise problems shown in Chapter 10, starting on page 438, from our textbook “Statistical Process Control and quality Improvement”: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, & 14. Use MS Word or its equivalent. List each problems number followed by a description of what type of problem is present in the control chart. Then, list three possible causes for each out-of-control chart.

Formatting:
Text Size: All of the text in this assignment needs to be set in 12-point size. Please resist the temptation to mix and match point sizes. If you doubt your applications intentions, just select all of your text and insure that it is in 12-point size.
