WellBee is a recognized healthcare organization located in Georgia. Our healthcare system focuses on delivering quality patient services to various specialties and all types of people. Recently, WellBee has decided to implement the patient portal MyChart to our patients. This patient portal can be accessed via desktop or mobile devices. With this implementation, some patients may wonder how WellBee is able to achieve this and who is involved in delivering this service to them.

Distribution channels are paths in which goods or services pass through to reach the intended customer. One good or service could have multiple paths to complete this. For MyChart, the distribution channel is the internet and is considered direct distribution and is the shortest method (Kenton, 2019). Epic is the producer, WellBee MyChart analysts are the retailed and the patients are the consumer.

Looking at a distribution channel in the opposite direction is called the supply chain (Sincavage, 2019). This chain of supply provides an answer to the question of who the suppliers are. The supply chain provides an overview of the product back to the manufacturer. For WellBee’s MyChart, the patient would be able to see the WellBee logo on their account and review other information provided in their patient portal to learn the vendor is Epic.

Hello everyone, hope all is well. Global Master Security (GMS) is a security consulting company that also provides private security as well. GMS provides valuable assurance and can be eyes and ears on the ground for people, organizations and communities who have had dangerous encounters when the military cannot assist.

GMS marketing security can be a tough sell. It’s a service that many people feel they need but are hesitant to commit because of the negative connotations that this business seems to bring. GMS does not want people to fall into the fear mongering which can lead to unethical practices if this is taken to extremes, GMS believes it is best to find a point on target and do their best to put a positive spin on their advertising. GMS want their customers to know they will take care of the security that way they can focus on their own well-being.

GMS knows that this business is an extremely competitive field. They will submit proposals for new jobs which my have them competing against other larger organization that also specialize in security consulting and private security as well. GMS is ready to and have research their distribution channels, so they will do what ever it takes to win out. Many other security organizations may cut rates and slash overhead to stay competitive. Leaders at GMS believe this is not always the case. We have reviewed are marketing schemes and have found more prospects leading to more bids. Leaders at GMS know that having good distribution channels is more than involving just advertising and the GMS brand but also having and understanding of the customer needs and the specifics prospects that allows them to guide are approach.

GMS will adjust the proposals, so it can meet those needs and be different between a win and a rejection. This can be done by interviewing customers about their experience with another security business so the leaders at GMS have and idea of what specific vexations might be. If a new prospect is in the market for a new security organization the chances are the feedback which was provided on the previous business will help GMS integrate the value propositions to it may improve their chances of connecting with similar leads.
