Students are to select a target organization and acting as a consultant, investigate that companies policies towards inclusion and diversity. This paper must be prepared from a consultant’s point of view. Select an organization with at least 100 employees; you may visit a branch or outlet of the organization but you must also gather information about diversity policies and practices of the entire organization. The target organization may be one where you currently work or one where you might like to work or simply an organization that you are curious about.
