                                                            Activity Description

The restaurant you and your partners established has grown to the point that you want to franchise into the global market and take advantage

of some of the opportunities such market provides entrepreneurs.  The global marketplace will have some unique problems for you to

overcome, especially in the areas of cultural and environmental diversity and how business is accomplished in the foreign location (ethical

situations and issues will arise). In a paper, address the ethical and cultural diversity potential for issues as you respond to the following:

1.  Describe the main forces in the global market environment that will affect your restaurant. 

2.  Describe the main forces in the global general environment that will affect your restaurant

3.  Explain how environmental and ethical issues that will affect the job of you, your partners and individual managers within your

organization. How do you and your managers determine the opportunities and threats that must be confronted?

Your responses should be well researched with explanation of the various cost variables you to be considered. The length of your paper should be between 5-7 pages, and follow the APA requirements.

Include a minimum of one (1) scholarly source in addition to your text and required readings.

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts

and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards
