ITC4760 Course Project – Unit VII Assignment

You will also use information from this and previous chapters in the textbook, as well as outside sources. The Budget Section should include the following information:
• Cost estimates of resources for all project activities including people, hardware, software, and facilities.
• Charts showing project costs over time, cash flow, earned value, and break-even analysis.
• How project costs will be monitored and managed.
