This description (less than five sentences) should identify the organization, approximate numbers and types of employees, the role of information technology, and any other descriptive information that relates to “acceptable use.”
This policy should reflect your best effort to select and modify a policy specific to the organization you chose. Be sure to identify and cite the sources. The ethical analysis should identify the approach you used, the conflicting interest involved and the rationale for the selection or modifications. The legal discussion should demonstrate how the proposed policy reflects current laws and regulations (security, privacy, intellectual property, copyrights, fair use etc.) that we have discussed in the course. Be sure to properly cite the authoritative sources, including OERs utilized in this course.
