Gender and Ethnicity: African-Americans Discussion

Select a racial, ethnic, or cultural group of your choosing. Describe how this group constructs male and female gender roles, and how one might provide psychological services to both genders of this group. Your suggestions need to be culturally sensitive. “Services” is defined very broadly here, so select services consistent with your degree specialization program. Therapy and psychological assessment, program or other consultation, educational and training services, health psychology or addictions interventions, and so on, are all reasonable and possible topics for discussion.
